At Awaken Mental Health, we view therapy as both an individual and a shared human experience. While one-on-one therapy provides a deeply personal space for reflection and growth, healing does not happen in isolation. Many of the patterns we struggle with—anxiety, depression, trauma, and disconnection—are shaped in relationship, which is why meaningful healing can also emerge in relationship. Through group therapy, workshops, and community-based experiences, we create opportunities for people to feel seen, supported, and connected in ways that traditional individual care alone may not provide.

Our events and group offerings are designed to extend the therapeutic process beyond the individual session. In structured and carefully facilitated group settings, participants can engage in shared experiences such as guided integration, reflective dialogue, and supportive circles. These environments are intentionally small, safe, and grounded, allowing individuals to explore their inner world while also benefiting from the presence and perspectives of others. Depending on the offering, this may include mindfulness practices, breathwork, somatic awareness, and other integrative approaches that support the mind and body together.
